About Us
Welcome to the Bolton Landing Famers Market! Free Strawberry Shortcake with Whipped Cream and a Spoon on 4th of July weekend. Supervisor Ron Conover and the American Veterans give out free American Flags. There are Blueberry and Apple Festivals later in the summer, complete with pies. Two Kids Days for Kids of all Ages with free Stewarts Ice Cream. On the last day of the Market Town Historian Ted Caldwell brings his antique cider press and all the children love to turn the wheel – free fresh cider for all.
Kids Koins are given out every market day – each child of walking age gets two Koins, good for one free fruit and one free vegetable (and the occasional cookie). There is live music every week, picnic tables on the back lawn, a bowl of ice water for the puppies and free coffee at the Market Hub every morning.
We are just the right size for a visit and have a great mix of interesting vendors from peanut butter to pickles, fresh cut flowers and potted plants, baked goods, gluten free and sourdough breads, maple syrup, jams and jellies, and freshly made food. We have a several community organizations: American Legion, Fire Department EMTs, Up Yonda Farm, Lake George Association, the Bolton Free Library, and a wonderful mix of visiting vendors.
